Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Creative Scorpio. We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK).

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging with any tags intact.
• You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email us at info@creativescorpio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

Non-refundable items include:

• Custom-made or personalised products (unless faulty)
• Sale items, unless they are defective or damaged

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@creativescorpio.co.uk.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
